Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of liraglutide and insulin pump in the treatment of non-newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with non-newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group (n=30,respectively).The control group was treated with insulin pump,on the basis of which the observation group was additionally treated with liraglutide.The changes in the weight,blood glucose,islet cell function and oxidative stress levels and adverse reactions before and after the treatment between the two groups were compared.Results After the treatment,the blood glucose in the two groups decreased significantly(P ＜ 0.05) and reached the standard;the post-treatment body mass index (BMI) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) in the observation group decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05),while the BMI and WHR before and after the treatment in the control group had no significant change (P ＞ 0.05);the islet cell function in the two groups was improved (P ＜ 0.05),and that in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the oxidative stress levels in the two groups decreased (P ＜ 0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion For the patients with non-newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus,liraglutide combined with insulin pump can significantly improve the weight,islet cell function and oxidative stress status of the patients,but the adverse reactions are great.Therefore,the therapy should be clinically reasonably selected according to the tolerance degree and economic conditions of patients.关键词
