Abstract
Objective To analyze the changes in serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and endothelin (ET) levels in the treatment of early unstable angina in senile patients with pitavastatin.Methods A total of 80 senile patients diagnosed as early unstable angina in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group (n=40,respectively).The control group was treated with conventional therapy with essential medicine and the observation group was additionally treated with pitavastatin by oral administration for one month.The changes in the serum CRP and ET levels before and after the treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The post-treatment serum CRP and ET content in the two groups decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups showed no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Pitavastatin has obvious effects and high safety in the treatment of early unstable angina in senile patients,so it is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
