Abstract
Objective To explore the protective factors and risk factors of post-stroke depression (PSD).Methods A total of 60 patients with primary PSD were selected.Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was used to evaluate the depression status of patients, the Neurological Impairment Score Scale was used to evaluate the degree of nervous functional defects, the activities of daily living (ADL) was used to evaluate patients' ability of daily living,mini-mental state examination (MMSE) was used to evaluate the intelligence of patients, and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the protective factors and risk factors of PSD.Results HAMD evaluation showed that 22 patients had PSD,with an incidence of 36.67%,including 12 minor cases, eight medium cases and two severe cases. The proportions of age, course of disease, marital status, personality, social support degree, lesion site, neurological defect degree and daily life ability and other factors between the depression group and the non-depression group showed statistical difference (P < 0.05);multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that age, marital status, social support degree, neurological defect degree, lesion site (right) and daily life ability were independent risk factors of PSD,while personality (extroverted),the course of disease and other factors were protective factors of PSD (P < 0.05).Conclusion Being aged, discordant marriage, poor social support, severe nervous functional defects and poor daily life ability are risk factors of PSD,while extroverted personality and long course of disease can lower the incidence of PSD.关键词
