普瑞巴林与卡马西平治疗脊髓损伤后神经疼痛的效果比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of pregabalin and carbamazepine in the treatment of nerve pain after spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 90 patients with nerve pain were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The two groups were treated with carbamazepine and pregabalin respectively.The effects and the changes in the scores of visual analogue scale (VAS),Fugl-Meyer and short form 36 (SF-36) before and after the treatment and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05);after the treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05),and the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the Fugl-Meyer scores in the two groups increased significantly,and the Fugl-Meyer scores in the observation group were much higher than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05);the SF-36 scores in the two groups increased greatly,and the physiological function,physical function and physical pain scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the adverse reactions between the two groups showed no significant difference (P ＞0.05).Conclusion Both pregabalin and carbamazepine can relieve the nerve pain after spinal cord injury and improve patients' body movement function and the quality of life,but pregabalin has better effects and higher safety than carbamazepine.关键词
