Abstract
Objective To explore the impacts of Sofren injection on myocardial enzyme spectrum and lung function of in patients with emergency paraquat (PQ) poisoning.M~ The clinical data of a total of 73 patients with emergency PQ poisoning admitted to the department of emergency medicine in our hospital were collected and divided into a control group (n=33) and an observation group (n=40) according to whether the treatment with Sofren injection was added or not.The two groups were treated with routine emergency treatment and blood perfusion after admission,and the observation group was additionally treated with Sofren injection.The changes in creatine kinase (CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB),aspertate aminotransferase (AST),lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1),FEV1/FVC and other indexes one week before and after the treatment in the two groups were detected.The death rate,death time and discharge time in the two groups were recorded.Results (1)Before the treatment,the CK and lung function between the two groups showed no statistical difference (P > 0.05);after one week's treatment,the above-mentioned indexed in the two groups decreased (P < 0.05),and the indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05);(2)the death rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05),and the mean death time was longer than that in the control group and the discharge time was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of emergency PQ poisoning with Sofren injection combined with routine emergency treatment and blood perfusion can improve the myocardial enzyme and lung function of patients,lower the death rate and shorten the discharge time.关键词
