运动康复结合补肾活血方治疗对髋部骨折术后康复的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of exercise rehabilitation combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the rehabilitation after hip fracture.Methods A total of 85 patients to receive hip fracture in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n=43) and an observation group (n=42).The control group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction and the observation group was additionally treated with exercise rehabilitation.The hip function scores (Harris),barthel index(BI),bone biomechanics,plasma nitrogen monoxide (NO) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) between the two groups were compared.Results After 30 days of treatment,the Harris scores and BI scores in the two groups was improved significantly (P ＜0.05),bone biomechanics was improved (P ＜ 0.05),plasma NO and eNOS levels were also improved greatly (P ＜ 0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction has sound effects on rehabilitation after hip fracture and can effectively improve the patients’ hip function,BI,bone biomechanics and plasma NO and eNOS levels.关键词
