Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of foreskin deglove combined with prepubic fascia fixation in the treatment of concealed penis.Methods A total of 20 patients (aged 2-13) with congenital concealed penis admitted to our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.They had been treated with foreskin deglove combined with prepubic fascia fixation.Compression bandage was applied to the penis after the operation for 7-9 days and indwelling catheter for 5-7 days.Results The operation in 20 patients succeeded.The duration of operation was 40-85 minutes,with an average of about 49 minutes.After the operation,the appearance of the penis showed an average increase of 2.7 cm.No penile infection or penis skin malignant edema or other complications occurred.During the one-year follow-up visit,the appearance of the penis was ideal without obvious retraction.Conclusion Foreskin deglove combined with prepubic fascia fixation is a simple method in the treatment of congenital concealed penis;it ensures ideal postoperative appearance of the penis and few complications,and is one of the ideal methods to treat concealed penis.关键词
