Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of carboprost methylate suppositories in the cervical preparation before artificial abortion in pregnant women with a history of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP).Methods A total of 240 pregnant women with a history of cervical LEEP were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experiment group (n=120,respectively).Two hours before the operation,the control group was treated with 0.2 mg misoprostol per vagina and the experiment group with 1 mg carboprost methylate suppositories per vagina.The two groups received routine painless visual abortion two hours later.The incidence of adverse reactions from administration to the beginning of the operation,cervical relaxation degree during operation and uterine injury during operation between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The cervical preparation effects in the two groups were satisfactory and the uterine injury rate was low(P ＞ 0.05),but the incidence of adverse drug reactions during cervical preparation was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Concuusion For pregnant women with a history of cervical LEEP to receive painless visual abortion,the cervical preparation with prostaglandins before the operation can obtain satisfactory cervical dilatation effect and low uterine injury rate,but the incidence of the adverse drug reactions caused by carboprost methylate suppositories is significantly lower than that caused by misoprostol.Therefore,the cervical preparation with carboprost methylate suppositories is safer.关键词
