Abstract
Objective To explore the short-term repair effects and aesthetic evaluation of zirconium dioxide (YZ) all-ceramic crown for anterior teeth.Methods A total of 72 patients (106 anterior teeth) to receive all-ceramic crown repair in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (YZ all-ceramic crown repair) and a control group (nichrome ceramic crown repair) (n=36,respectively).The patients were followed up for four weeks after they left the hospital.The bite force,chew efficiency,sulcus bleeding index (SBI),gingival index (GI),plaque index (PLI) and improved U.S.public health service standard scores between the two groups were compared.Results Before the treatment,the bite force,chew efficiency,SBI,GI and PLI between the two groups showed no difference (P ＞ 0.05);on the fourth week after the patients left the hospital,the bite force,chew efficiency,SBI,GI and PLI in the two groups were better than those before the treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and such indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);on the fourth week after the patients left the hospital,the color,close fit and edge coloring of the prosthesis in the observation group were much better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion For the method of anterior tooth repair,compared with nichrome ceramic crown repair,YZ all-ceramic crown repair can significantly improve the patients’ chewing function and the effects and aesthetics,so it is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
