桑白皮汤联合西药治疗AECOPD39例临床研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects and safety of Sangbaipi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD).Methods A total of 82 patients with AECOPD were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (n=39) and a control group (n=43).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was additionally treated with Sangbaipi Decoction.The two groups were treated for 30 days.The effects and post-treatment TCM syndrome scores,safety and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The overall response rate (ORR) was 94.87％ in the observation group and 81.40％ in the control group,showing no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).However,the obvious effective rate in the observation group (43.59％) was much higher than that in the control group (18.60％) (P ＜ 0.05).The post-treatment TCM syndrome scores in the two groups decreased significantly;the quality of life was improved greatly,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion Sangbaipi Decoction combined with western medicine has good effects and high safety in the treatment of AECOPD,and can help to improve patients’ quality of life,so it is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
