Abstract
Objective To analyze the rationality of the application of imipenem-cilastatin in a hospital to provide reference for further standardization of the management of antibacterial agents at special use levels.Methods Retrospective investigation was conducted.The data of 159 inpatients who had used imipenem-cilastatin in 2015 in a hospital were randomly selected.The distribution of patients in clinical departments,the medication indications,the dosage regimen,the management of medication process,the drug utilization index (DUI) and other indexes were analyzed.Results The rational rate of medication indication was 100.0％,DUI 0.79 and the rate of etiological examination 96.2％;the proportion of medication process in compliance with the regulations on the grading management of antimicrobial agents was 89.9％.Conclusion The clinical application of imipenem-cilastatin in the hospital is basically rational.关键词
