摘要

Abstract

A process of lead extraction by electrodeposition from lead-bearing polymetallic materials is introduced in this paper, the lead bearing polymetallic material is treated by wet process.The partial lead shall be changed into lead sulfate through zinc and copper removal of sulfuric acid with high pressure, and then sulfur is removed through carbonation, the fluosilicic acid lead electrolyte is prepared by leaching of fluosilicic acid, so the optimal sulfuric acid concentration, sodium carbonate dosage, silicofluoric acid concentration can be confirmed through the test.On the stage of lead extraction by electrodeposition, the better lead electrodeposition process can be obtained through the investigation of addition agent dosage, electrolyte concentration, electrode spacing, current, voltage, and the other factors.
