Abstract
Through the process that the low grade silver concentrate produced from flotation of the zinc haydrometallurgy leaching residues, the low grade silver concentrate then put into the roasting, desulfuration, dilute sulfuric acid leaching and copper replacement, the high grade silver concentrate and copper powder that can be sold directly, and the zinc containing solution that used for zinc recovery of the zinc electrolysis system;thereinto, the zinc leaching rate ≥95%, copper leaching rate ≥93%, silver leaching rate ≤0.5%, the recovery rate of zinc and copper in the whole process all greater than 92%, the silver loss is less than 1%;so the sales income can be increased more than RMB 6000 yuan once per gross ton silver concentrate treated.关键词
