摘要

Abstract

In order to study the dyeing process of chestnut shell pigment on chitosan fiber and the influence of pH on dyeing process in dyeing process, the dyeing mechanism was discussed. The dyeing process of chitosan fiber on chestnut shell pigment at different temperatures and pH was simulated by pseudo first order kinetics and quasi two order kinetics, and the dyeing kinetic parameters of chitosan fiber on chestnut shell pigment were calculated. The results showed that the dyeing process of chitosan fiber on chestnut shell was in accordance with the quasi two order kinetic model, and the regression coefficient R2 was above 0.99. The amount of equilibrium adsorption increases with the increasing of temperature. The dye uptake rate and equilibrium adsorption capacity under acidic conditions are much higher than those under neutral conditions, therefore,the half dyeing time was greatly shortened.
