Abstract
Low temperature formaldehyde-free silicone-acrylic flocking adhesive with core-shell structure was successfully synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. The effects of the amount and compounding ratio of emulsifiers, the amount of initiator and cross-linking monomer on emulsion properties were systematically investigated. The optimum polymerization process was obtained as follows: the mole ratio of sodium salt (SDS) and Triton X-100 was 1:1, the dosage of emulsifier sodium dodecyl sulfate was 4%, the dosage of initiator ammonium persulfate was 0.4%, the dosage of diacetone acrylamide (DAAM) was 2%. The prepared low temperature formaldehyde-free silicone-acrylic flocking adhesive was applied to electrostatic flocking. The pile coating had good abrasion performance (wear 9980 times), the color fastness to dry rubbing reached 4~5 level, the color fastness to wet rubbing reached 4 level, and the handle feeling reached 3~4 level. The product had the superior comprehensive performance.关键词
