摘要
Abstract
Using aniline as the sole source of carbon and nitrogen, a high effective aniline degrading bacteria was isolated from sludge of a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant by domesticaton culture, named JHX-8. According to colony morphology, physicochemical properties and 16S rDNA sequence, the strain was identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa. Immobilization of aniline-degrading strain JHX-8 by various materials and its effects on aniline degradation were investigated. The results showed that the degradation rate of strain JHX-8 immobilized on polyvinyl alcohol-diatomite matrix was the highest. The effects of aniline concentration, culture temperature and initial pH on the aniline degradation was investigated. The optimum culture conditions were as follows: the maximum tolerated concentration of aniline was up to 2000 mg/L, culture temperature was 30 ℃, initial pH=7.0. The aniline degradation rate under the optimal conditions was 99.48%. In the practical treatment of aniline printing and dyeing wastewater, the study of JHX-8 degrading aniline wastewater indicated the actual and potential application.关键词
