Abstract
4-Tert-butylbenzaldehyde were synthesized by heterogeneous catalyst and using oxygen as oxidant. According to the single factor experiment, the synthesis conditions were optimized. The optimal process was as follows: 4-tert-butyltoluene 1.0 g, acetonitrile 15 mL, catalyst 0.15 g, reaction temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 7 h, oxygen was 2 mL/min, N-hydroxyphthalimide 0.06 g. The yield of 4-tert-butylbenzaldehyde reached above 38%. The synthesis process could realize continuous production by using fixed bed, which was beneficial to environmental protection. So the process had a good application prospect.关键词
