摘要
Abstract
To solve the problem of bromine indigo with low solubility and high dyeing temperature, urea was used as solubilizer. The effects of the dosage of urea, caustic soda and sodium hyposulfite, dyeing temperature on bromine indigo dye solubility, dye solution reduction potential, color depth, rubbing fastness and tensile strength were explored. The results showed that urea could improve the bromine indigo dye solubility,deep the color depth, reduce the dyeing temperature of bromine indigo dyes. The maximum K/S value of the dyed fabric could be obtained when bromine indigo 30 g/L, sodium hyposulfite 40 g/L, caustic soda 35 g/L,urea 75 g/L, reduction temperature 60 ℃ , reduction time 60 min, dyeing temperature 50 ℃ . The tensile strength and rubbing fastness of fabric were kept almost the same.关键词
