摘要
Abstract
AIM To develop an HPLC method to analyze the choline content of choline fenofibrate.METHODS Choline fenofibrate was derivatized with 3,5-DNB and analyzed by HPLC,with a Diamonsil C8 (2) column (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm),using UV detector and the wavelength was 208 nm.The mobile phase was CH3CN-0.05 mol · L-1 Na2HPO4 (adjusted to pH 2.5 with phosphoric acid) (30∶ 70).The temperature of the column was 30℃ and the flow rate of the mobile phase was 1 mL · min-1.RESULTS Choline fenofibrate had good linearity in the range of 15.25-61.03 mg · L-1.The recovery values were between 98.04％ and 98.54％.The precision was good.The samples were stable in 24 h and relative content were (100.82 ± 0.64) ％.CONCLUSION The method is proved to be fast,sensitive,accurate,reliable and suitable for determination of the choline content of choline fenofibrate.关键词
