摘要
Abstract
Based on electrolytic dissociation theory of ammonium nitrate (AN),the formula to calculate the pH value of AN solution in emulsion explosive was proposed.The data obtained from online microcomputer control system is comparable with the results read from pH meter in the production site,which ensures the feasibility of the calculation formula.Results show that when variables online measured by flow meter,thermometer,and densimeter in domestic industrial explosive are input into the formula,pH value of AN solution could be automatically derived.It provides evidence to improve the safety in emulsion explosive production.关键词
