基于PLC的螺杆泵测试实验台测控系统设计
Design of Measurement and Control System for Screw Pump Test Bench Based on PLC
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the situations that the traditional factory test of screw pump is the simple connection between sensors and intelligent instruments and the data is manually acquired and processed,a new test bench based on PLC is designed and developed.In this system,pump motor frequency control is achieved with communication protocol of Profibus-DP,WinCC configuration software is used to achieve real time monitoring and remote control of the testing process,the data are collected real-time by intelligent instrument and infrared speed measuring instrument.In addition,SQL Server 2005,Excel and other software are used to achieve date storage and reporting.Practice shows that the experimental platform is simple,flexible,convenient and practical,which greatly improves the measurement accuracy and reduces the workload of the operator.关键词
