摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of small detection size,low accuracy,large volume,single function and other issues of traditional dust particle counter,a new type of dust particle counter control system is designed.STM32F103 chip is taken as the core,through the classifying pulse acquisition circuit,amplifier circuit,power supply circuit and communication circuit,flow and particle signal acquisition and processing are achieved,and the results are displayed through the touch screen.The result shows that the control system is stable,the detection specification is up to 100 L/min,the number of particles of six-way different specifications can be detected,it can detect 0.3 μm minimum particle size of the dust,and the test results can meet the national measuring and testing standards.
