摘要
Abstract
The Shanghai general urban design,as one major planning initiative,aims to understand the spatial features of a high density city,stress the history of urban change,sort out the inner logic of spatial order,and build the development vision of the city.From a technical point of view,the design establishes the spatial scheme with full coverage of the Central City using single factor,and proposes spatial scales and key design elements.From a management point of view,the design complement Shanghai 2040 Plan by providing preliminary proposals on the regulatory framework and implementation strategy compatible with Shanghai's urban planning management system.关键词
