摘要

Abstract

In order to research road performance of rubber-fiber compound modified micro-surfacing mixture systemically, key parameters of mixture were determined, and factors effecting on wear resistance performance, water stability and skid resistance performance of micro-surfacing mixture were studied. Based on indoor accelerated rolling test system invented by our research group, the noise reduction performance of micro-surfacing mixture was tested and analyzed. The results show that when the optimum content of rubber particle and the polyester fiber are 3% and 0.2% respectively, and the optimum asphalt content of mixture is 7.2%, the wear resistance performance, water stability and skid resistance performance are significantly improved. Meanwhile the noise level of mixture can also be effectively reduced, and the noise value of compound modified micro-surfacing mixture is even 2.9 dB lower than that of common micro-surfacing mixture.
