TBM盘形滚刀破岩刀刃应力分布研究
Study on the stress distribution on the blade in the process of rock breaking by the TBM disc cutter

Abstract
In order to study the stress distribution on the blade in the process of rock breaking by the disc cutter, numerical simulation was used to analyze the process. Meanwhile, the stress-strain on the blade was tested in the process of rock cutting. Research results show that the blade stress decreases radially from the bottom edge and the maximum is located at the bottom edge of the blade in the process of rock breaking. The radial stress experiences Load-Peak-Unload three stages from contact to maximum penetration depth. With the change of rolling time, the symbol of blade tangential stress changes, but the radial stress keeps non-positive. When the penetration of the disc cutter increases, both radial stress and tangential stress increase, and the variation trend of tangential stress is more obvious. In addition, the radial stress on the blade is significantly greater than tangential stress.关键词
