铁路继电器触头的三维表面形貌分析
The 3D surface topography analysis of railway relay contact
摘要
Abstract
At present, the analysis of surface topography is mostly 2D analysis. The use of 2D roughness parameter evaluation will lose a lot of information, which can not be a reasonable evaluation of the relay contact surface. In order to express the contact surface topography more accurately, 3D shape measuring instrument was used to observe the two pairs of dynamic and static contact of the railway relay with the rated load of 200,000 times in this paper. The least square method was used to establish the 3D topography Datum Plane. Then the surface topography parameters of the contact were analyzed. Combined with the impact of the arc on the contact, the relationship between the contact surface morphology, arc and 3D parameters were obtained by analyzing the contact surface topography parameters.关键词
