特许定价与分流率联动的高速公路PPP定价研究
Pricing research on the PPP project of highway with the linkage between the concession pricing and the distribution rate
摘要
Abstract
Based on the sensitivity of road users to the charges of PPP Expressway, the linkage mechanism between concession price and distribution rate was explored, and the relational function of concession price and the distribution rate of highway was established. At the same time, under the premise of considering the linkage relation between concession price and highway distribution rate, the system dynamic model was established to calculate the free cash flow of PPP project with payment and interest constrain. Based on the constraint of distribution rate and payment, PPP optimization model was established. Taking PPP highway project in city P as an example, the optimal pricing problem was solved.关键词
