摘要

Abstract

Stakeholders are involved in wind power accommodation course,including power grid enterprise,conventional power plant,wind power enterprise and society.Power grid enterprises are lack of enthusiasm due to volatility and randomness of wind power.Economy of involved stakeholders is analyzed.A two-stage dynamic assessment model of wind power accommodation is built and solved with designed algorithm.State and power output of each conventional generator is obtained in the first-stage model without wind power.Day-ahead dispatching schedules of wind power are achieved in the second-stage model with wind power taken into account.With IEEE 30 bus network and a district power grid,evaluation result of wind power accommodation and stakeholders' economy are analyzed.Simulation results show that economy of power grid enterprise is the best when objective function of wind power optimal scheduling model is to minimize total cost of power grid enterprise.
