基于间歇性风速的风力发电机功率输出模型研究

Abstract
With increasing wind power penetration,impact of intermittent wind speed on power system operation should not be neglected.Intermittent wind speed is important for power system planning and operation.Intermittent wind speed model proposed in this paper is used to determine fast changing wind speed during intermittent wind speed periods.The proposed intermittency-related wind turbine output model is used to evaluate wind farm output during wind speed changing process.Firstly,intermittent wind speed model,used to determine intermittent wind speed periods and intermittent wind speed,is modeled based on chaos theory.Secondly,wind turbine output model is proposed based on blade element momentum theory,analyzing forces imposed on blades and evaluating wind turbine output for unstable wind speed periods.Finally,the proposed technique is tested in a wind farm in Datong city.关键词
