摘要

Abstract

Wind power integration generally imposes negative impact on stable operation of power grid because of wind power's randomness and counter peak-shaving characteristics.Pumped-storage station can store excess wind power or discharge power to meet load demand.Intermittence of wind power can be regulated with system reserve,thus reducing wind power curtailment.Due to physical limitation of power plant components,bearing vibration may be amplified at certain operation regimes,harmful to power plant.So prohibited zones for thermal power plant should be considered when studying power system economic dispatch.In this paper,a load level based on minimum daily load rate and reserve capacity rate is presented.Then operation states of the pumped-storage station are classified.A mixed integer non-liner programming (MINLP) model solving economic dispatch problem for power systems with wind farm and pumped-storage stations is presented with constraints of reserve capacity and prohibited zones taken into account.Finally,the model presented above is simulated with a system with 6 units,1 wind farm and 1 pumped-storage station to investigate influence on economic dispatch ofpower system with prohibited zones and reserve capacity.Validity of the method is verified with the simulation.
