摘要

Abstract

Y-doped ZnO nano-spheres were fabricated by electricity spinning method and subsequent calcination process. It is found that Y-doped ZnO nano-spheres have a smaller the particle size, and the more loose structure. Investigation on the sensor performance shows that, at the same CH3CH2OH concentration, the sensing performance of Y-doped ZnO nanosphere is superior to that of pure ZnO particles, and shows the stable sensing properties. The Y-doped ZnO nanosphere could be used as a promising sensor manufacturing material for CH3CH2OH.
