摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem that qualitative descriptions can't be evaluated correctly in effectiveness evaluation of systems,a new comprehensive effectiveness evaluation method of weapon systems based on cloud model is proposed,basing on analyzing deficiencies of existed effectiveness evaluation methods based on cloud model. Firstly,all indexes and remarks are expressed by cloud model,and the comprehensive effectiveness of systems is evaluated using weighted sum of similarity degree between cloud model of indexes value and remarks. Analyzing of instances proves that the new method can evaluate effectiveness of systems effectively.
