变负载变转速输入泵控马达调速系统
Research on Variable Load and Speed Input Fixed Pump Control Motor System
摘要
Abstract
A running power generation pump controlled motor system can change the power supply mode of equipment vehicle. In order to eliminate the disturbance of speed and external load,a constant speed control system which composes of variable displacement pump and fixed displacement motor as a research platform is established. The mathematical models of the hydraulic pressure system are derived,the control strategies are adopted and feedforwrad compensation coefficient is confirmed. The control system adopts a kind of compound control which bases on optimized incremental PID and feedforward compensation technology. Simulation models are established for the system's responding situation with Matlab/Simulink software. According to the result,control rule under two disturbances is got and control system has a swift response. Finally,according to the actual experiment,the motor output speed keeps stable,and also provides the effective reference significant for the achievement of vehicle-based generator system.关键词
