摘要

Abstract

Under real condition,the measurement and analysis of the profile of the turbine blade and its influence on the performance are needed to be studied and solved.The current research are based on the simulation blade model,and the research on the turbine blade is weak.So this paper has developed a complete system analysis of turbine blade profile measurement,modeling,model comparison and performance analysis.With the development of automatic scanning system,the blade surface measurement and difference quantization assessment is completed under the real working condition,and after the blade modeling,finite element techniques is used to analysis the deformation,equivalent elastic strain and equivalent stress analysis under the action of centrifugal load,and the change rules and the influence on the performance are further summarized.The research of this paper can further promote the construction of the performance model of turbine blade,and guide the design and maintenance of the engine in our country.
