摘要

Abstract

To study the E characteristics and its influencing factors of different metamorphism,seven kinds of different kinds of coal dust are selected,Hartmann tube test systems is used,and the E values under different c,t and P are tested.The result shows that there are significant limits among E values of different metamorphic grade,and the higher the grade,the greater the E.Under the condition of same particle size,ignition oxidation speed is limited,so the optimum ignition mass concentration decreases with increasing metamorphic grade.With increasing of t,E shows an upward trend after the first fall,and the optimum ignition delay time is about 1 s.t plays a more important role on E of lignite than c.Relationship curve of anthracite between P and E is "funnel-shaped",optimum dusting pressure decreases with decreasing metamorphic grade.Mathematical model of E is established under the coupling condition of c,t and P.Based on this,the optimum testing condition (c,t,P) is determined with considering of more factor relevant,which is more close to the real situation.
