顶板致裂增大煤层透气性技术试验研究
Experimental study on the technology about roof crack increasing the permeability of coal seam
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the status of gas extraction and occurrence characteristics of coal seam,this paper carried out experimental study on the technology about roof crack increasing the permeability of soft and unstable coal seam in order to solve the gas control problem of Xin-an coal mine,raise the level of gas control and strengthen the outburst prevention effect.This study focused on resolving the technical problems that hole sealing success rate is low,drilling using period is short,fracturing effect scope is small,and gas flow attenuation is fast.Fracturing and pilot hole was constructed in the roof drilling field of 14170 working face,and the high pressure fluid was injected through drilling fracturing in order to achieve the pressure relief and permeability increasing purpose.The experimental results shows that the technology can effectively improve the gas concentration and flow of gas drainage borehole,improve the effect of the gas extraction greatly and reduce the outburst danger of construction area effectively.A pressure relief anti-reflection technology was formed to provide theoretical and technical support for preventing coal and gas outburst disaster effectively.关键词
