门诊抽血室护理固定岗与动态岗联合管理的效果研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of the management mode of combining fixed and dynamic positions in outpatient blood collection room. Methods The development of management mode of combining fixed and dynamic position in outpatient blood collection room was introduced, including the qualification, training and assessment of dynamic position, quality control, satisfaction evaluation and salary management. The effects before and after the implementation of the management were compared. Results The waiting time was shortened 8.74 min in rush hour and the satisfaction rate of patients increased (P<0.01) Labor cost was reduced by 2.13 fixed positions while nurses' working enthusiasm was enhanced. Conclusion The management mode of combing nursing fixed and dynamic position can effectively shorten patients ' waiting time, improve their satisfaction and reduce labor cost in outpatient blood collection room, which plays an important role in the development of quality nursing services.关键词
