ICU脓毒症患者肠内营养喂养不耐受的相关因素分析
Factors Related to Enteral Feeding Intolerance of Septic Patients in ICU

Abstract
Objective To explore the occurrence of feeding intolerance and its related factors in septic patients during enteral nutrition in ICU. Methods Data of ICU septic patients undergoing enteral nutrition therapy were retrospectively collected from June 2014 to December 2015, and the occurrence of feeding intolerance and its related factors during enteral nutrition were analyzed. Results The occurrence rate of feeding intolerance in ICU septic patients during enteral nutrition was 43.4%, and most of the cases occurred during the first 4 days. The risk factors of feeding intolerance during enteral nutrition in ICU patients were daily doses of enteral nutrition formula, antibiotics, potassium preparation and temperature while protective factors were serum albumin level. Conclusion The occurrence rate of feeding intolerance during enteral nutrition in ICU septic patients is high, and it mostly happens in early stages. Various kinds of factors exert influence on feeding intolerance and we should pay attention to high risk patients and take intervention measures for ICU septic patients during enteral nutrition.关键词
