Methods for Silicon Uptake Kinetics of Banana
摘要
Abstract
The silicon uptake kinetic data treating method and its parameter dimension of banana were studied by the modified depletion method based on 6 banana varieties.The results indicated that the correlation coefficient (R2) of the equations based on 3 data processing methods and 6 dimensions was different;The Lineweaver-Burke (LB) method was the best with veracity among those data processing based on the value of R2,range of 0.955 8-0.998 3,got to 1％ significant level;Hofstee (H) method was not suitable for banana silicon uptake kinetics.关键词
