Effects of Light Quality on Expression of PEPC and Polysaccharide Accumulation in Dendrobium officinale
摘要
Abstract
The effects of light quality on polysaccharide accumulation,PEPC activities and PEPC gene expression were investigated in Dendrobium officinale.The results showed that the change trends of PEPC activities,polysaccharide contents and PEPC expression levels were consistent in the descending order red light,blue light,reen light,whereas they appeared significantly different in the white light,showing lower PEPC gene expression-level,higher PEPC activities,and more polysaccharide accumulation,which implied the complexity of the regulation of different light quality on the photosynthetic metabolism.关键词
