摘要

Abstract

To optimize the extraction conditions of γ-aminobutyric acid from Moringa oleifera leaves and evaluate the antioxidant activity,univariate experiments and orthogonal experiments design were employed to study the effect of different extraction temperature,the ratio of liquid to material and extraction time on the extraction efficiency of γ-aminobutyric acid from Moringa oleifera leaves.Meanwhile,the results showed that the optimized parameters of extraction were extraction temperature of 60 ℃,the ratio of liquid and material of 1∶15,and extraction time of 30 min.Under these conditions,the γ-aminobutyric acid content was (3.40±0.09)mg/g.The crude extracts obtained from M.oleifera leaves had strong scavenging capacity on DPPH,.OH and ABTS free radical in a dose-dependent manner.The EC50 values of crude extracts were 0.149 0 mg/mL,0.092 5 mg/mL and 0.039 8 mg/mL,respectively.
