摘要

Abstract

Aiming at investigating the effect of exogenous salicylic acid on the autotoxicity of muskmelon,the cultivar Xinyinhui was selected as the research object,and the seedlings were root-drenched with 10 μmol/L salicylic acid (SA),and then the relative expression of melon-autotoxicity-related genes was quantitatively analyzed through Real-Time PCR.Results indicated that under the induction of exogenous SA,(1) Among the genes encoding enzymes which catalyzing the three initial steps of phenylpropanoid pathway,both PAL and C4H were up-regulated gradually during the treatment time,and PAL had a faster response to the SA stress than C4H,while 4CL had no significant differences at the level of transcripton;(2) Among the genes of enzymes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis,down-regulation were observed both in CHI and F3H,while the expression level of CHI returned to untreated level after slight up-regulation appeared at 1 d;(3) The two transcription factors WD40 and R2R3-MYB were down-regulated significantly;(4) there were high revelance of expression of WD40 to CHI.According to the results aforementioned,it was likely that after induced by SA,(I) The expression of CHI might be related to the WD40 protein;(Ⅱ) There were no simple and clear regulation relationship between the two transcription factors and PAL,C4H,4CL,CHS;(Ⅲ) fewer allelochemicals of muskmelon,such as naringin,epicatechin,rutin,were synthesized.
