不同香蕉品种根系分泌物对香蕉枯萎病致病菌的影响及组成分析
The Effects of Root Exudates Screated by Different Resistant Bababa Varieties on Fusaiurm oxysporum f.sp.cubense and the Components Analysis

Abstract
The study aimed to explore the relationship between resistance mechanism of different banana varieties to banana fusarium wilt and their root exudates.The root exudates of different banana varieties ‘GCTCV-119’,‘Guijiao 9’,‘Guijiao 1’ had different resistance to Fusarium wilt were collected in vitro by bathing root system,and then the effects of the root exudates on mycelia growth and spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4,the content of free amino acid,soluble sugar and organic acids in the root exudates were analyzed.The results showed that,the root exudates of the resistant cultivars inhibited mycelia growth and spore germination of F.oxysporum f.sp.cubense.On the contrary,the root exudates of the susceptible cultivars stimulated mycelia growth and spore germination of F.oxysporum f.sp.cubense.The content of soluble sugar and free amino acids in the root exudates of the resistant cultivar were significantly lower than that of the susceptible cultivars,but the content of organic acids was opposite.Thirteen types of amino acids were detected in the root exudates of the resistant varieties.Glycine,glutamate,cystine,alanine,serine and tyrosine were detected only in the root exudates of the susceptible cultivar ‘Guijiao 1 ’.Phenylalanine and proline were detected only in the root exudates of the resistant cultivars ‘GCTCV-119’ and ‘Guijiao 9’.关键词
