Abstract
Withλ-Cyhalothrin as the experimental reagent,Da ping Ⅱ earthworms as the selected objects,this study poisoned earthworms by adding different λ-Cyhalothrin concentrations to the dung of earthworms to analyze the probability of poisoned earthworms by using the statistical software named SPSS19.0.Then calculate the LC50 ofλ-Cyhalothrin to earthworms.Results show that the LC50 of λ-Cyhalothrin to earthworms is about 481 mg/kg,belongs to low toxicity pesticides,which is consistent with the result of the traditional experimental method.关键词
