摘要
Abstract
According to its clinical manifestations ,the chronic brain injury belongs to the category of cere-bral illness in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the rules of the occurrence and development of cere-bral illness,the causes of the disease can be summed up as follows:congenital factors,improper health main-tenance,damage due to long illness,traumatic injury to the brain marrow,etc. These pathogenic factors can influence each other and affect the human body continuously ,which finally cause the imbalance of qi and blood and of yin and yang in Zang-fu organs,the obstruction of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis,the block-age of channel and damage of the brain marrow ,and then lead to chronic brain injury. In conclusion ,the deficiency of healthy qi and the stagnation of pathogenic qi ,the collateral vessels blockage and marrow emp-ty and the disorder of vital activity are regarded as the pathogenesis of chronic brain injury.关键词
