基于精准医疗探讨缺血性脑血管病的中医药防治
Discussion on Prevention and Treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Precision Medicine

Abstract
Based on the concept of precision medicine,this paper put forward the idea of prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD) with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). First,under the guidance of TCM theory and on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment ,the physique and sus-ceptibility genes of the ICVD patients should be identified ,then the stratification classification and diagnosis of the patients should be accurately done. Second,with the help of methods like genomics,metabolomics, transcriptomics,etc. the individualized diagnosis and treatment plans for the patients should be drawn up. At last,the accurate regulation from multiple targets,multiple stage,multi-channel and multi-level with TCM should be carried out,so as to raise the level of prevention and treatment of ICVD with TCM. The paper is composed of two parts:the relationship between preventive treatment of disease and accurate prevention ,the relationship between treatment of disease and accurate treatment.关键词
