近16年中药复方治疗儿童多动症用药规律分析
Study on Medication Regularity of Chinese Compound Prescriptions in Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Recent 16 Years
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the medication regularity of Chinese compound prescriptions in treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ( ADHD ) in recent 16 years , so as to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods:By collecting and analyzing the literature about Chinese compound prescriptions in treatment of ADHD which published from 2000 to 2015 in China,the quantity,kind,frequency,property and taste,meridian entries of medicines used in the prescriptions were analyzed and calculated out by frequency distribution method,and the regularities and characteristics of medication were summarized. Results: In the eligible literature,there were 63 Chinese compound prescriptions containing 113 kinds and 15 categories of Chinese medicine. The top 10(containing 11 kinds of medicine) frequently used medicines were Yuanzhi(Poly-galae Redix),Shichangpu(Acori tatarinowii Rhizoma),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata),Muli(Ostreae Concha),Longgu (Fossil Fragment),Guijia (Testudinis Carapax et Pastrum),Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Wuweizi (Schisandrae chinensis Fructus),Fuling (Poria),Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) and Shanyurou (Corni Fructus). The top five kinds of frequently used midicines were tonifying and replenishing medicines, heat-clearing medicines,tranquilizing medicines,liver-pacifying and wind-extinguishing medicines,astringent medicines. In the order of the frequency of medicine property,it gone warm,cool,cold and mild. In the or-der of the frequency of medicine taste,it gone sweet,bitter,pungent,salt and sour. In the order of the fre-quency of total meridian entry,it gone liver meridian,heart meridian,kidney meridian,spleen meridian and lung meridian. Conclusion:The main therapies in treating ADHD are tonifying,tranquilizing the spirit,clearing the heat and pacifying the liver,with strengthening the spleen as the supplement.关键词
