摘要
Abstract
This paper elaborates the theoretical basis of treating tinnitus from heart. The heart and ears are linked by meridians and collaterals,and the heart is interlinked with ears to storing the spirit. The tinnitus often caused by the imbalance of heart qi and blood ,as well as the disorder of heart spirit. Therefore ,in treatment of tinnitus,attention should not only be paid on the lung,liver,spleen and kidney,but also to the relationship between the heart to each of the four organs and treat the disease from the heart. According to clinical experience,tinnitus related to the heart can be divided into three types:syndrome of heart fire flam-ing upward,syndrome of heart blood deficiency and syndrome of imbalance of heart and kidney. The three syndromes can be treated with Qingxin Cong'er Zhiming decoction,Buxin Anshen Zhiming decoction and Qingxin Zishui Zhiming decoction respectively ,and the curative efficacy is good.关键词
