新加二仙汤治疗老年高血压伴焦虑状态临床研究
Clinical Study of Treating Senile Hypertension with Anxiety Status with Modified Erxian Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effects and safety of modified Erxian decoction on senile hy-pertension with anxiety status. Methods:A total of 95 patients diagnosed as senile hypertension with anxiety status were divided into two groups by the random number table method ,the modified Erxian decoction group containing 49 patients and the Adalat GITS group containing 46 patients. The Adalat GITS group was only treated with Adalat GITS,while the modified Erxian decoction group,based on Adalat GITS,was treated with modified Erxian decoction. Both the two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The blood pres sure,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinical syndrome evaluation scale scores and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores were evaluated before and after treatment,and the curative effects on reducing blood pressure and TCM syndromes were assessed repectively. Results:The total antihypertensive effective rate of the modi-fied Erxian decoction group was 83.67％,which was higher than that of the Adalat GITS group (65.22％),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Compared with the Adalat GITS group,the decrease of diastolic blood pressure in the modified Erxian decoction group was more obvious. Compared with those before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the modified Erxian decoction group was significantly de-creased and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The curative effect of TCM syndrome of the modified Erxian decoction group was better than that of the Adalat GITS group ,and the difference was sta tistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with that before treatment,the SAS score was significantly reduced in the modified Erxian decoction group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),while there was no significant change in the Adalat GITS group and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). During the treatment,there were no sig-nificant adverse reactions in the two groups. Con-clusion:Modified Erxian decoction combined with Adalat GITS can effectively reduce the patients 'blood pressure,especially the diastolic blood pressure,improve the clinical symptoms and ease patients' anxi-ety. It helps to improve the life quality of the patients in several ways.关键词
