润燥解毒汤治疗女性干燥综合征临床研究
Clinical Study of Treatment of Female Patients' with Sjogren's Syndrome by Runzao Jiedu Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Runzao Jiedu decoction in treating female patients' with Sjogren's syndrome(SS). Methods:A total of 67 female patients with SS who met the diag-nostic criteria and inclusion criteria were divided into the experimental group which contained 34 cases and the control group which contained 33 cases by the random number table method. The experimental group was treated by Runzao Jiedu decoction and the control group was treated by hydroxychloroquine. The treat-ment course of the two groups was 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy was assessed by the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores,dry eye questionnaire(DEQ) score,EULAR SS patient reported index(ESSPRI), EULAR SS disease activity index (ESSDAI),SS disease damage index (SSDDI),serological indicators and safety indicators. Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 82.3％ and the control group was 57.5％. The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). On improving the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(dry mouth,dry eyes,tongue pattern,pulse presentation) scores,ESSPRI and DEQ score,the experimental group was better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). On improving the ESSDAI,SSDDI and serological indi-cators(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,rheumatoid factors,immunoglobulin G,complement 3, globulin),there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The treatment safety of the two groups was equal to each other. Conclusion:The Runzao Jiedu decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms such as dry mouth and dry eyes ,tongue pattern and pulse presentations of female patients with SS,and also can decrease the fatigue levels,dry degree and pain intensity. Besides,the decoction is safe for the patients.关键词
